Release Access — Family Plan

This is where safety returns.

Designed for families navigating rising healthcare costs while caring for multiple people. This plan helps restore stability by providing education, organization tools, and clear access pathways that support the entire household.

Benefits include:

• Education that helps families understand care options and navigate healthcare systems

• Tools for organizing family care decisions and reducing overwhelm

• Guidance on identifying affordable care pathways when support is needed

• Optional access to a virtual care provider network through trusted third-party providers

• Opportunities to participate in guided movement education sessions

Family Plan includes up to three members.  Additional family members may be added for $30 per month per person (billed annually)

*Outside provider plans and services are selected and paid for directly through those providers.

Reset Access — Individual Plan

This is where hope returns.

Designed for individuals navigating recurring health challenges, insurance barriers, or uncertainty about their care options. This plan helps restore confidence by providing education, decision-making tools, and clear access pathways that support personal care planning.

Benefits include:

• Education that helps individuals understand care options and navigate healthcare systems

• Tools for organizing personal care decisions and reducing overwhelm

• Guidance on identifying affordable care pathways when support is needed

• Optional access to a virtual care provider network through trusted third-party providers

• Opportunities to participate in guided movement education sessions

Individual Membership is $780 annually ($65 per month equivalent).

Restore Access — Guided Movement & Personal Restoration

This is where joy returns.

Designed for individuals ready to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence after navigating care challenges. This pathway focuses on movement education and personal restoration tools that help you reconnect with your body and move forward with clarity.

Options include:

• Guided movement education sessions designed to improve strength and mobility

• TMR movement sessions to help reduce pain and restore natural movement patterns

• Nutritional guidance sessions to support energy, recovery, and long-term wellness

• Education that helps individuals build sustainable movement and health habits

• Opportunities to continue learning through guided access sessions

Restore Access sessions are optional and scheduled individually.

Session pricing begins at $120 per session.
